Prehistoric Keeper
A downloadable game
The Queen’s Prehistoric Conservation is a top secret project creating a safe home for prehistoric creatures to live and thrive in isolation.
Play as habitat keepers, caring for the various creatures living on the island and woo patrons and investors to keep the conservation project running.
THINGS YOU NEED:
- Pencil or pen, D4, D8 and D20 dice
- A copy of this game!
- The internet/encyclopedias for more in-depth information about the creatures
- Optional: Additional paper if you are playing journal style
Prehistoric Keepers is a one-page TTRPG hack of Cryptid Keeper. This rules-lite system is easy to pick up for all levels of players, but is slightly more advanced in the story and narrative aspect than the original game. This game was produced for Dinosaurs in my TTRPGs?! Jam (aka Dino Jam).
All the images in this game were produced from scratch or edited from public domain open sources.

This looks so lovely. Can't wait to try it out.
I have always wanted to make a game with the Biodiversity Heritage Library illustrations of dinosaurs. Nice to see one in your game : )
Thank you very much, I hope you enjoy it!
Hello! I'd like to include this in a printed compendium of work. Are you able to send me an email? ash@long-tail.games

Cool premise and rules! :) I'll give it a try one of these days (DINOS! hehe!), I also want to read the original Cryptid Keeper. The layout and presentation are very attractive, too!
